Suite C – is comprised of 3 separate offices and one bathroom which rents for $795 per month plus utilities. This is the entire second floor of the house.
Suite D- is a one room office on the the first floor with interior and exterior access, great light and handicap accessible. It rents for $325 per month plus utilities.

The entire second floor of the Holly House rarely becomes available, but as of 12/15/16 it can be yours! This suite comprises the entire 2nd floor of the Holly House and has more than 800SF. The floor plan shows the layout of the space which features three private offices and a private bathroom. There are hardwoods in the hallway and carpet in the offices. Plenty of large windows provides great natural light. Keyless access to the building, which is handicap accessible with a common conference area on the first floor.
Common Conference Space on the first floor is available to meet with clients that are unable to manage stairs.
